Step onto the platform… if you dare.

It’s the 24th century. The Twilight Histories Corporation has made a breakthrough. It’s found a way to control a small wormhole able to tunnel through the fabric of the universe.

The first tentative humans cross the void into the unknown. They discover different worlds, each more fantastic than the last.

But this technology is seen as dangerous by governments. To avoid being shut down, the Twilight Histories moves to a far flung region where regulations are loose and energy is cheap.

Leasing an old particle accelerator, the Twilight Histories runs tours for professors, adrenaline junkies, and treasure hunters who journey into the vast uncharted wilderness of the multiverse.

Many never return.

You are a university drop out. Using the last of your tuition money, you make your way to the Twilight Histories and book a tour.

You thought it would be fun. You thought it would be an adventure. But the stress of splitting worlds tears your mind.

Who are you? Where do you belong?

As you strain for clarity in a dangerous and alien world, you discover more than just an adventure.

…you find your home.

The potential to travel to new worlds simply by putting on headphones is too great to pass up.

Concept

The Twilight Histories is a podcast that’s truly different.

It’s not a radio drama, though it uses music, sound effects and dramatic narrative to create an immersive experience. It’s not a ‘Choose Your Own Adventure’, though you are the main character.

The Twilight Histories can only be described by the feelings it gives you.

It drops you into a different world. It immerses you in cultures that never existed. It sparks your imagination with Wonders of the World never built and wars never waged.

You will explore Egypt ravaged by an Ice Age, a Carthaginian colony on Mars, a resurgent Aztec empire, and many other strange and exotic worlds.

Listen to this podcast in the dark. Let your imagination take you away.

To create such an engrossing show with such fantastic, rich world-building involved, is simply astonishing.

your opportunity

The Twilight Histories is a format that can translate easily across media. It’s a podcast now, but it could be a graphic novel, an animation, a television series, or a film.

Each story is set in its own unique world that’s begging for the artist’s brush or the CGI treatment.

Imagine the rich visual landscapes you will create from a story set in an industrialized Rome with its musket wielding legions and coal choked tanks. Picture the space suits worn by astronauts of the Imperial Japanese Empire as they step out onto the surface of Titan. What stone monuments would you add to a civilization about to be flooded by the great melt at the end of the Ice Age?

There is no end to the variety of fantastical worlds you can create through your media. Each Twilight Histories story is an opportunity to break new ground and wow your audience with visual concepts that have never been seen before.

Are you ready? Then step on the platform and let’s get you on your way…
