Step onto the platform… if you dare.

It’s the 24th century. The Twilight Histories Corporation has made a breakthrough. It’s found a way to control a small wormhole that tunnels through the fabric of the universe.

The first tentative humans cross the void into the unknown. They discover a different world… and then another, each world more fantastic than the last.

But this technology is seen as dangerous by governments. To avoid being shut down, the Twilight Histories moves to a far flung region where regulations are loose and energy is cheap.

Leasing an old particle accelerator, the Twilight Histories runs tours for professors, adrenaline junkies, and treasure hunters who journey into the vast uncharted wilderness of the multiverse.

Many never return.

You are a university drop out. Using the last of your tuition money, you make your way to the Twilight Histories and book a tour.

You thought it would be fun. You thought it would be an adventure. But the stress of splitting worlds tears your mind.

Who are you? Where do you belong?

As you strain for clarity in a dangerous and alien world, you discover more than just an adventure.

…you find your home.

The potential to travel to new worlds simply by putting on headphones is simply too great to pass up.

Concept

The Twilight Histories is a podcast that’s truly different.

It’s not a radio drama, though it uses music, sound effects and dramatic narrative to create an immersive experience. It’s not a ‘Choose Your Own Adventure’, though you are the main character.

The Twilight Histories can only be described by the feelings it gives you.

It drops you into a different world. It immerses you in cultures that never existed. It sparks your imagination with Wonders of the World never built and wars never waged.

You will explore Egypt ravaged by an Ice Age, a Carthaginian colony on Mars, a resurgent Aztec empire, and many other strange and exotic worlds.

Listen to this podcast in the dark. Let your imagination take you away.

To create such an engrossing show with such fantastic, rich world-building involved, is simply astonishing.

Future

It’s difficult to create a star podcast. An individual podcaster may have great talent, but to sustain a show for years when growth is slow and rewards are lagging can be discouraging.

The Twilight Histories’ model is to bring together talented podcasters and leverage them under one strong and well-managed brand. The podcasters are paid. Their shows are scheduled. They have a commitment, they feel they’re part of a team and they are rewarded as the show reaches its milestones.

The Twilight Histories saw staggering growth in 2019 when it broke out in the summer. It will continue to grow over the long term with a focus on the three main values that led this growth:

  1. Increase listener retention by improving the quality of writing and production values

  2. Increase the number of downloads by boosting the frequency of show releases

  3. Broaden the target audience by adding a diversity of content creators

These values are met when we reinvest back into the podcast. New and diverse podcasters will be hired. Current podcasters will be mentored. As the listener retention, frequency of downloads, and the target audience expands, so too will the show.

I don’t want to watch tv because of this podcast, the way the stories are told just keep me coming back for more.

your opportunity

The Twilight Histories is looking for a home.

We’re an old show. We’ve been around for almost a decade and we’ve seen the ebbs and flows, the trends and movements. The Twilight Histories has evolved through all these changes. We’ve seen great shows rise and fall and we’ve learned something about why it happens.

The Twilight Histories has developed a strong and sustainable model for future growth. This model has been a roaring success and as we hit future milestones, we will continue to scale it up.

Part of our growth model involves partnering with a dynamic network that also believes in growth.

If this your network, we want to connect with you.

Are you ready? Then step on the platform and let’s get you on your way…
